Action taken in pursuance of the recommendation of the Executive Committee

Abstract

In the framework of the Second Development Decade, the Secretariat is utilizing all material available to help the completion of sub-regional studies. At the same time the Secretariat is providing information to the specialized agencies for setting sectoral targets in their specialized fields. The object of this document is to give a brief amount of the steps that have been taken in the implementation of the recommendations the Committee made at its first and second meetings. Full details of the activities undertaken by the Secretariat are given in the draft Annual Report of the Commission covering the period February 1969 to February 1970.
