Abstract
This draft resolution 169(VIII) adopted by the commission at its 139th plenary meeting on 22 February 1967 on the theme of Development Capital at the Eighth session of the commission. the resolution bearing in mind the objectives of the African Development Bank, convinced of the urgent need for a comprehensive development financing programme suited to the specific needs of Africa.
