General principles and policies governing activities of the African regional centre for solar energy
Abstract
The general principle and policies governing the activities of the center are derived from the constitution of the center considering the organizational aspects of the center. These principles and policies and any additional principles and policies which may be prescribed by the council of the center shall in no way derogate from the powers of the council of the center to prescribe rules for the appointment of the staff of the center to adopt rules and directives concerning the activities of the center in pursuance of sub-paragraphs.
