There is hardly any real marriage in Africa if the union does not bear children therefore helping these depressed and anxious families out of their infertility is one way of procuring. health for them. To the African children constitute source of strength, pride, social insurance, consolation at old age and lineage continuity, hence the importance which the people and the government attach - to infertility and subfertility.
