The Executive Secretary's contribution to the Secretary's General's programme appraisal, 1959-1964
Abstract
This paper focuses on the Executive Secretary’s contribution to the Secretary General’s programme appraisal 1959-1964. The Secretary-General’s appraisal was presented to the Economic and Social Council during its summer session of 1959. This note constitutes the contribution of the Executive Secretary to the Secretary-General five-year programme appraisal requested by the Economic and Social Council.
