On recalling MULPOC priority projects, transport, agronomic research, trade and the integration of women in development, the ECA representative stated that, in pursuance of recommendations of the Officials, those priority projects, together with a few others which must be executed in a context of general interdependence, must be renewed and aim at establishing a subregional common market. At the level of their collective execution, it was right to include them in. an intergovernmental framework, namely for the sake of taking into consideration and co-operating with the subregion, and that framework should be based on recommendations of the multidisciplinary team: that was visiting the States.
