Abstract
The second & conference of African ministers of Transport Communications and Planning visa held at Addie Ababa, Ethiopia, from 16 to 18 March 1981. The meeting was opened by H.E.Mr.Fisseha Desta assistant secretary general of the PMCA duty chairman of the council of ministers and COPWE executive committee member who welcomed the ministers and delegates on behalf of the government and people of socialist Ethiopia.
