The second meeting of the bureau of the 10th meeting of CAMI was held in Dakar, Senegal on 22 and 23 October 1992. The meeting which was convened on the invitation of the chairman of the 10th meeting of CAMI, the honorable Minster of industry, commerce and handicrafts of Senegal, was preceded by the meeting of the experts of member states of the bureau and the meeting of the working group of ten on the follow – up of the implementation of the programme for the second IDDA. The main purpose of the meeting was to review the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the 10th meeting of CAMI and those of the 9th session of the UNIDO industrial development board, as well as prepare for the 10th session of IDB, on the basis of recommendations formulated by the experts on these issues.
