Speech delivered by Leopold Sedar SENGHOR, President of the Republic of SENEGAL. H.E. President Senghor, on his remark highlighted that, the foundations of African Unity, the aim of African Unity and ways and means of African Unity. By accepting and applying in practice the general principles which are the strength of all international institutions: the equality of member states, non-intereence in the internal affairs of others. No resorting to violence to settle differences, and effective solidarity between all the African States.
