Seminars on rural telecommunications: Analysis of the evaluations by participants and administrations
Abstract
Given the rural character of African continent, the development of the rural telecommunication prerequisites for improving the living condition. The documentation for the case study had been elaborated by the lecturer from the German Teleost Consulting (DETECON)" Several representatives from manufacturers of telecommunications and power supply equipment presented technical concepts related to the case study.
