Terms of reference and rules of procedure of the Economic Commission for Africa
Abstract
Terms of reference and rules of procedure of the Economic Commission for Africa focuses on the acting within the framework of the policies of the United Nations and subject to the general supervision of the Economic and Social Council, shall, provided that the Commission takes no action with respect to any country without the agreement of the Government of that country.
