Abstract
Resolution 82(V) adopted by the commission at its 98th plenary meeting on 1 March 1963. Nothing with satisfaction the decision made at the meeting of the Ministers of education of the African countries participating in the application of the Addis Ababa plan and the measures adopted by UNESCO with a view to the development of education in Africa. Expresses the hope that the appeal made by the United nations to its State members and the members of specialized agencies will make it possible to meet these requirements.
