Co-operation between the Economic Commission for Africa and the African center for administrative training and research for development note by the secretariat. In order to develop and maintain appropriate co-ordination to strengthen the services that can be made available to developing countries, the two bodies shall provide the opportunity to the other party to study and review its work programmes. There shall be an exchange of staff, materials, documentation and information between the two organizations.
