Abstract

This resolution 33(III) adopted by the Commission at its 52nd plenary meeting on 1961 on the theme of development of the energy resources of the African states. Considering that, the development would provide the African states with a cheap source of power to promote their industrialization. Such action would contribute to the social development of the African states.
