In discussing the subject of training and define what it is that we are carried out effectively, it is important to define what it is that we are talking about. Many managers - and other - tend to talk of 'training' when what they are really referring to is 'education'. In many cases, of courses the process overlaps and distinctions are necessarily blurred. For this reason it may be helpful to regard the two subjects as on a continuum with a middle area of common interest.
