This report on consultation with the government of Chad concerning the African development bank. The team had visited the government of Chad for the consultations planned, requested the members of team B to visit Fort Lamy for this purpose before commencing the non-African consultations. The consulting team had the privilege of discussing the African Bank project with the Minister of Foreign affairs and the Minister of finance. Both Ministers expressed keen interest in the proposed Bank. The Government they said had not received detailed information concerning the proposal but when this had been studied, together with the explanations of the consulting teas, they believed that a positive position would be adopted. Both Ministers strongly supported all efforts leading toward African unity.
