dc.description.abstractThis study includes the Swaziland College of Technology (SCOT) it is primarily oriented towards the University. The educational system of this country like that of most less developed countries results in mass production of the unskilled and semi-skilled labor masses, which the primary and unorganized sectors of the economy need and acts as a filter for training and producing the small elite, which the management of the economy and society in general need. The college has about 700 students (about 600 residential). The teaching staff is just over 50 Courses offered range from the short upgrading and totally practical type to those at the middle technology level involving a high theoretical content.en
