dc.description.abstract | Manpower planning provides the basis for a planned approach to manpower development, distributive allocation and productive utilization for the acceleration of national development in the process. In the process of establishing this basic linkage, the following should be considered: the identification, analysis and specification of manpower development and utilization problem’s, objectives and alternative programmes and strategies; the initiation formulation and administration of mar-Dower policies; the development of plans that would synchronize the outputs of the development and utilization component of the overall programme and the coordination monitoring and evaluation of the execution of adopted measures to ensure maximum results. | en |
