Résumé
The Workshop which is the subject of this report was proposed (activity 2.1, page 40) in the ECA Consultative Evaluative Advisory Mission Report. Among other Things, the workshop was also one of activities put forward, agreed upon and" scheduled during the International Conference on new Approaches to University Staff Development Training for Efficiency in Teaching, Research and Consultancy as the first in a series of activities for the 1988-1992 period. The workshop was (1) technically serviced by the ECA Project. Officer James A. Bukhala. and three others identified and contacted by the Cooperating Agency DSE. namely Dr. Brigitte of Freie University, Berlin Prof. Dr. Chris de Winter Hebron. United Kingdom and Dr. John Hurley National Institute of Education Studies. Ireland Dr. Ruth Schlette of DSE and administratively by Gertrud Keyper-Mensah of DSE.
