Quality assurance procedures: programme management

Abstract

This document outlines quality assurance procedures for program management (planning, monitoring and evaluation) at the Economic Commission for Africa in line with the Conceptual Framework of the ECA Quality Assurance Manual. The document introduces the existing UN and ECA guidelines, mandates and documents that guide the quality assurance process. It also explains the specific templates and checklists to be used by responsible program managers or focal points at each step of the process: Entry, Implementation, Exit and Lessons Learned.
