Report: ninth session of the Committee on sustainable development and the Africa regional forum on sustainable development
Abstract
The main objective of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development was to discuss and agree on Africa’s collective input and key messages to be transmitted to the 2015 meeting of the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development. These messages focused on: integration, implementation and review, including shaping the High-level Political Forum beyond 2015; new and emerging issues and the science-policy interface; sustainable consumption and production; and small island developing States and other countries in special situations.
