Abstract
This working paper document focuses on the theme of “ECOWAS : PERSPECTIVES ON TREATY REVISION AND REFORM” . the articles contained in this paper are a selection from a number of papers prepared by members of the Eminent persons group (EPG) to review the 1975 ECOWAS treaty, chaired by his excellency general Yakubu Gowon, former head of states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
