Operational efficiency and current development in telecommunications in the ECA region

Abstract

This paper presents an assessment of the efficiency of telecommunication services in Africa. In the absence of adequate statistical information this effort will be confined to a general review of the efficiency without detailing the various areas where -improvement might- -be -considered necessary
