The objective of the study on Morocco is to review the sectoral policy and strategy for infrastructure building and maintenance in order to identify the key factors contributing to the success and sustainability of capacity building in the country, as well as whether and how the experience of Morocco may be applicable to other African countries in their efforts to develop their infrastructure capacity.
