Report of the second Technical Preparatory Committee Meeting of the Second Conference of Ministers
Abstract
On the contribution that the meeting could make to long-term solutions to Africa's socio-economic problems and to the implementation of the Lagos Plan of Action, the Executive Secretary noted that the first task was to review and appraise the efforts made so far in the Implementation of the decisions of the First Conference in Monrovia, Liberia, in 1981.
