Final communique
Abstract
The tenth meeting of the ECA Conference of African Ministers responsible for Economic Planning and Development and the nineteenth session of the Commission took place at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, headquarters of the Commission, from 24 to 28 May 1934, under the Chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Mulumba Lukoji, Minister of Planning of Zaire.
