Abstract
The present Session represents a new start for CODI showing the importance of the information issues in the various economic and social activities, becoming consequently a strategic resource for African development and emergence from poverty. The vital necessity to organize an appropriate follow-up mechanism in order to measure the progresses realized in the implementation of the CODI programs.
