The current explosive growth of cities throughout the world is helping to break down existing social and economic institutions but these are seldom replaced by a new socio-economic structure the physical symposium if this process are bad housing and poor community facilities and services inadequate sanitation and utilities congested city traffic and filth regular and disease.
