Abstract

This document focuses on technical and policy papers, benefiting from papers and studies presented at two main events organized by the Commission during the biennium. The first chapter includes a summary of the outcome of an ad-hoc expert group meeting on “cadastre and land information systems for African decision-makers” held in October 1998, and the individual country cases presented by the participants.
