Report of the Africa regional seminar on national youth service programmes : (Addis Ababa, 23 November- 4 December 1970)

Abstract

The Seminar was convened to examine recent developments in'the African national youth service programmes, particularly in relation to the development of skills and job opportunities, and to recommend further measures, which might be taken by governments, non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations, in order to increase the contribution of such programmes to national economic and social development.
