Abstract
This paper presents the Rules of procedure of the execution of the executive board of the African regional of the African regional center for solar energy. The following rules of procedure are in no way intended to modify the provisions of tho Constitution of tho Centre, and should therefore be read in conjunction with the Constitution, as approved by tho member States of the Centre, In case of any inconsistency between these rules and the Constitution, tho Constitution shall prevail.
