Abstract

As the main general economic arid social-development centre within the United Nations system for Africa, ECA followed with great interest developments in the Second Third and Fifth Committees of the General Assembly which are responsible respectively for economic and financial; social, humanitarian and Cultural; and administrative and budgetary matters.
