Executive summary of the missiion report on the proposed African regional centre for consultancy and industrial management service May - July 1981
Abstract
The proposal for the establishment of the African regional center for consultancy and industrial management services was given high priority by the second conference of African ministers of industry and by the third ECA conference of ministers .this report embodies the findings of the mission to various African countries and gives details regarding the establishment and activities of the center.
