Draft rules of procedure of the conference of finance ministers on the establishment of an African Development Bank
Abstract
Resolution 52(lV) of the Economic Commission for Africa on the estab
lishment of an African Development Bank requested the Executive Secretary to convene Conference of Finance Ministers or other appropriate representatives of member and Associate member States of the Commission",
in order to consider the report of the Committee of Nine and to take final
steps for the establishment of the Bank with the advice and consent of the governments concerned.
