Report of the sub-committee on the drafting of the charter on its second session

Abstract

At its opening meeting the Sub-Committee decided that any member of the Committee of Wine, not a member of the Sub-Committee was welcome to participate in its work. The delegation of Cameroun participated in ail the meetings of the session. The remaining members of the Committee joined in the work of the Sub-Committee at various times, as they are turned from their consultation tours in non African countries.
