Financial sector liberalization in Africa in the framework of economic reform programmes

Abstract

The rapid development of Africa requires the mobilization of all its resources and in particular those resources which can be most easily used to increase the national income of the continent. The planned use of Africa's unique heritage of wild life can prove an easily and cheaply exploitable asset which can assist many countries on the continent to achieve a better standard living.
