Progress report on the programme for the development of the building materials and construction indusries

Abstract

The basic objective of the programme for the development of the building materials and construction industries is two-fold the implementation of practical development projects which are of top priority for African countries and the improvement of the decision-making process and the administrative apparatus of African Government. It is designed to meet the immediate and urgent needs of the States members of the Commission while at the time preparing them to meeting to meet future demands effectively.
