Memorandum on the draft protocol relating to the re-export of goods within the preferential trade area for Eastern and Southern African states
Résumé
The purpose of this memorandum is to review the situation and problems of trade in re-exports among the countries of Eastern and Southern Africa, take stock of the present rules and regulations concerning re-exports in the area, and highlight the main provisions of the draft Protocol.
