Résumé
This paper in particular will try to explore some new approaches to the problem taking into consideration the earlier attempts and experience, it will also devote some special attention to the increasing complexity of training materials due to the emergence of developmental aspects of social welfare. Teaching materials for the purpose of this paper are to be understood as media used for learning. While this may include written as well as spoken records, attention will be given particularly to the former.
