The economic development of a country cannot be separated from its social development. By chafing living standards, by shifting traditional values, by creating new poles of attraction or centers of interest, by introducing different methods and rhythms of production, economic progress effects changes in the social Structures which are as profound as the difference between traditional procedures and the modern world.
