Progress report of the expanded training and fellowship programme for Africa

Abstract

The aim of the project is to expand substantially the ECA programme for the training of Africans in areas of critical manpower retirements; to strengthen ECA machinery for the administration ,and development of training activities; to foster intra-African co-operation in the utilization and development of training facilities in the region; and to provide the resources that will enable African States to take advantage of in-plant and other training opportunities in third world countries as well as in the industrialized countries.
