Résumé
The primary purpose of the Institute shall be the training of specialists and senior officials of those services and institutions in Africa responsible for economic development and planning. Such training shall include appropriate supportive research Activities. The Institute shall also organize seminars of varied duration on practical problems of national or regional development and on the planning of various economic factors.
