Programme of work and priorities for 1976 and 1977

Abstract

This paper deals the two-year programme for 1978-1979 has been extracted from the draft Medium-term Plan for 1976-1931,which was revised after the Nairobi third meeting of the Conference of Ministers held from 24-23 February 1975 in order to reflect the broad strategy implications of the New International Economic Order. Thus, the contents of the programme for the various-/, sectors reflect the basic assumption as well as the propositions of the New International Economic Order contained in the Revised Framework of Principles for 1975_193l_1986.
