Human development agenda for Africa in the 1990s : (a programme for the implementation of the regional framework for human resources development and utilization in Africa)
Résumé
The main thrust of this document is to put forward a framework for a human development agenda for Africa for the 1990s and beyond. The Agenda identifies priority programmes to improve the human conditions in Africa; proposes strategies for implementing these priority programmes; and outlines modalities for financing human development in Africa.
