The seventh annual meeting of the West African Sub regional Committee of the Association of African Central Banks and the third meeting of the Exchange and Clearing Committee of the West-African Clearing se were held in the E.J. Roye Building, Monrovia, Liberia, on 9 and 1C May 1977. The meeting was formally opened by Mr. James T. Phillips, Jr., Minister of Finance, the republic of Liberia.
