Abstract
The Commission, in resolution 58(1V) established the following principles: The headquarters of the Institute will be Located in Dakar, Advantage shall be taken of the facilities offered by the UAR as the site of a future sub-regional Institute, And finally, advantage shall also be taken of "any sub-regional facilities that may be offered by other countries", The proposals contained in the tables shown as annexes are submitted for the approval of the meeting. They should be taken as an attempt to give effect to the above mentioned principles.
