This handbook is the outcome of ATRCW's concern and efforts to assist women entrepreneurs to overcome the obstacles they usually encounter in obtaining credit. It is hoped that the ideas and proposals contained therein will be found useful and serve such purposes as translating concepts into action oriented credit programs, increasing awareness of the importance of and need for initiating programs for women's access to credit and attracting meaningful proposals for solving the problems women face in obtaining credit.
