Compact for African recovery : operationalising the millennium partnership for African recovery programme
Résumé
The Millennium Partnership for the African Recovery Programme (MAP) is emerging as the African initiative for development, bringing together all partnership initiatives within a single framework. The Compact for African Recovery is designed to provide technical and analytical support to the MAP.
