This Paper deals with Ghana Experience in Fiscal Decentralization: Lessons and Issues. It is structured into a number of parts as follows: the structure of Ghana's public administration system and financial management arrangements; the local government and administrative reforms via decentralization and its objectives; the pieces of initiatives in fiscal and the need for a more comprehensive approach to take due account of the structural changes in the public administration system. To summarize the major fiscal decentralization issues.
