The aim of this analysis is to examine the progress of implementing governance in the Central African subregion. The study is organized in two parts. The first part is an introduction. The second part is devoted to perspectives on governance in the subregion. The analysis offers some recommendations and plan of action to strengthen governance in Central Africa.
